To ‘Vacation’ or ‘Staycation’, that is the question

In these times, many people are choosing to ‘Staycation’ instead of ‘Vacation’. Why? Here’s the answer: Covid got this ball rolling. After the pandemic and new rules in society, many people aren’t travelling. Many people are also working from home now. The simple answer is that home is where it’s at these days. Property values are rising and why not take all of these factors into consideration and do a ‘Staycation’ instead.

If you decide to travel, then you have a lot of rules to follow and you also chance more exposure. This encourages many people to just stay home.

Improving your property is a no-brainer here. You get the benefits of owning a gorgeous retreat of your own with plenty of activities to do in the privacy of your own yard. There’s things like swimming, boating, hot tub, fire pits, cookouts, horseshoe, bocce ball - the list is endless. Not only will you have a ‘Staycation’, but you’ll improve your property value.

If you now work from home, you’ll be able to enjoy a beautiful work environment. Maybe even take your computer to your patio and enjoy the sunset while doing that report.

Take life a little slower and enjoy improved property value, and enjoy your vacation right at home.
