We recently contracted with Tom to have two granite porch/steps installed on the front of our house. We have dealt with many contractors over the years and this has been one of the best experiences we have had, from our initial meeting with Tom and a very reasonable estimate to the final clean-up after the work was done. Tom's crew, Paul, David & Evan were efficient, professional and personable throughout the installation. They installed literally tons of granite with great care to avoid any damage to our plantings, lawn and house - not an easy task. We are grateful to Tom and his crew for a job well done at a reasonable price and would recommend them highly.
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our experience working with Tom and his amazing crew to complete a lakeside patio, walkway and fire pit in a tight time frame. Tom and his designer Martha were responsive and full of creative ideas that resulted in a space that looks like it fully belongs. The stacked stone fire pit and wall are stand outs! Landscapes by Tom executed their part as well as coordinating subcontractors efficiently so that our project was done beautifully and on time for a large party we'd planned and couldn't move. We highly recommend them.
Tom did an awesome job for us installing our perched beach a few years ago. Due to the harsh winters and lake ice, we had some issues with the granite steps going into the lake. We contacted Tom and he came out to take a look. He truly stands by his work. He sent a crew over to repair the steps within a few days.
We would definitely recommend Tom of "Landscapes by Tom". He is a great guy to do business with. Very professional, great employees, and quality workmanship.
Given the lateness of the season, we were very pleased with the prompt response we received from Tom on planning a small patio and landscaping/drainage project along our newly installed driveway.
Upon completion of the hydroseeding, the weather took a turn for the worse. Knowing there was a definite possibility of losing both the loam and seed, Tom came up with the idea of covering the hydroseed with filter cloth, which he personally delivered and loaned to us at no additional charge, thereby saving us what certainly would have been a complete washout.
We couldn't be happier with the results and the compass rose set into the permeable paver patio is an added conversation piece.
